Frame Making since 1987
Frame Sifu is a custom framing workshop based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Factory at Balakong, Malaysia. We specialize in framing meaningful items such as artwork, certificates, mirrors, jerseys, and personal keepsakes.
Our team is led by an experienced craftsman with over 30 years of hands-on framing experience. Each piece is handled carefully to achieve clean presentation and reliable finishing.
What does “Sifu” mean?
In Malaysian and Chinese culture, “Sifu” (师傅) is a respectful title used to describe a skilled master in a craft.
At Frame Sifu, the term represents our experienced framer and the level of craftsmanship we provide. It does not refer to any public figure, celebrity, or personality.
Our Experience
Our lead craftsman, known as Soon Sifu, started learning frame making at a young age and has more than 30 years of experience in the industry.
He has handled a wide range of items, including delicate artwork, calligraphy pieces, and valuable collectibles. His approach focuses on careful handling, suitable material selection, and proper framing techniques.
